Working from a blank canvas, we not only wanted to help them to realise their product potential but their potential as a brand too. We provided them with a company name, logo styling ideas and helped to interlink their first product range to their intentions as a company for both present and future products.
Marc, the company director, was keen to develop an entirely new style of luxury, modular garden furniture that would mirror the quality of a permanent installation by a professional landscaper. The difference being that this system would allow the user to easily dismantle or move the furniture should they choose to relocate or rearrange.
The designs needed to be simple and high quality whilst remaining cost effective and competitive with other garden furniture retailers. Marc was more than open to trying something completely new, which really gave us a chance to demonstrate what we are capable of.
Kellock always design with production efficiency in mind and by working closely with ArdenFurnCo we were able to produce designs that were not only satisfying the brief, but that were best suited for their current manufacturing capabilities and capacities.
With a great pressure on launching in time for the spring season of the following year, ArdenFurnCo needed an entire product range developed and ready to launch within just 6 months. Kellock were able to tailor make a project plan to best suit their requirements and focus on the tasks that were most important to them.
Kellock were able to provide a project brief and product specification to ensure that the needs of the company and products were fully satisfied. Working closely with ArdenFurnCo, we produced multiple concept designs and prototype DFM, allowing ArdenFurnCo to dive into prototype manufacture at the earliest date.
